Annette’s mission is to educate students on how to find peace and grounding in their everyday lives, and is known for her welcoming personality and gentle approach to yoga and healing.
Every person has individual needs and therefore she works exclusively one-to-one in a private setting. By working one-to-one the experience is focused and personalized to your ever-changing needs.
In addition to yoga and healing, Annette has strong roots in modern dance and the visual arts where she holds several teacher’s certificates and a degree in fine art. She grew up in Ontario and completed her Fine Arts studies at the University of Western Ontario in 2002. She then went on to study Yoga and Advanced Integrative Energy Healing in Vancouver, White Rock, California, Seattle, India, and abroad. Annette’s professional practice is located in Vancouver, Canada, where she resides with her husband and cat.
