The studio comes to you! Enjoy a personalized yoga class anywhere through FaceTime or Zoom. Every session is customized to your changing needs and all you need is a yoga mat and internet connection.
Before your session you’ll answer some questions via email about what you’d like to focus on, your goals, and any limitations or injuries.
The virtual session is an hour and give yourself time on either end to prepare and relax. We start with guided warm-up movements, learning and practicing the postures that are appropriate for you, and 5-10 minutes of relaxation.
